Background

It is forbidden to jump (at all) when holding the ball.

Rule change proposal

Change `jump up and down repeatedly` into `jump`

Justification

`up and down` is redundant with `jump`. Also, `repeatedly` must be removed: a single jump while holding the ball should already be a violation.
