The captain has to be a person on or next to the playing field (Player, trainer or team manager).

The captain has to be a player (not trainer or team manager). But I'm not sure we need to include this in the rules.
How exactly do you suggest to specify your requirements?

The captain has to be a person on or next to the playing field. E.G.: In Korea (south) most of the their teams don't speek english, a person, able to understand English next to the playing field was required to give the "infomation" from the referee into the Korean team. It is not so importent who is this person, more imported will be who is nominated by the team as "captain". The referee and the secretary required whatever person and there is no need that this person has to be an aktiv player - it is more importend that this person is resposible and in change for this team and during the game on or next to the playing field.

I'm sorry for asking about this so late. My understanding of the rule change is that—similar to soccer—only the captain is allowed to speak or discuss with the referee during the game. Is that correct? If so, could you please clarify what happens to players who still talk to or argue with the referee? Would they receive a warning or another kind of penalty? Thank you very much for clarifying!
