In my opinion, there are now too many different offences in this proposal where the same hand sign doesn't make sense. Also, while some of these situations will lead to a repetition of the previous ruling, others are clearly an offence and the other team receives the ball. Putting all of the into the same hand sign will lead - in my opinion - to confusion. I see basically 5 different situations in this proposal which should all get the same hand sign. This does not benefit the game or refereeing.

False start after a goal (defender or defenders stick crosses the middle line before ball or attacker crosses middle line) -> I would put this, if at all, together with the distance hand sign as for me, not adhering to the 2m distance or crossing the centre line early is very similar.

I think we are unlikely to have much discussion here except for perhaps Ole, Nicolai and Myself and we havent had much discussion on this prior to July 20th

I think we are better off discussing next time round when all committee members are reenergised and we have a little more certainty that we are voting for something that the majority agree on.
