I think this is generally not agreed upon due to many downsides.

I have accepted but I believe Ole has made this just in case

I'm with Steven and Jan here (old discussion), such wording only undermines the rules. The past has shown that UNICONs still can happen without such a sentence ;-)

If at all, I would make the rules stricter in that sense that they allow less room for varying conditions.
