Reading again the suggested additions to the list, I can't support them anymore. They are not necessary and the last addition contradicts a sentence in the beginning of the rule. Someone needs to first make a case why these additions are necessary as I can't see it.

Of this proposal, I only support the clarification of the prioritization (with "in order" and 1., 2., ...) and can't support it in its current form.
