since there are only three days left to create proposals until July 20, we need to finish discussion and create the needed proposals.

I would say almost all discussion would profit from more input, especially from those that did not yet write a lot.

I think this is very subjective. I would say basically everything that does not have a clear (and strong) opposition. If in the end proposals fail as they don't reach the needed 2/3 majority, no harm is done.

I think the Hockey Committee is the one with the most open discussions - I'm not so sure which ones should be turned into an official proposal - but if you want to create a proposal out of any of these discussions, please remember that today (20.07.) is the last day to do so!
The wording of the proposal can still be adjusted in the coming days, but the proposal must be created today.
