Reorganise from 14B.7 Goal Shots to 14B.8 Fouls (Closed for comments)

These 2 rules under 14B.7 Goal Shots "14B.7.1 Goal Shot With Arms Or Hands" and "14B.7.2 Long Shot" are characterize fouls. Therefore these rules should move from 14B.7 Goal Shots now under the heading 14B.8 Fouls.
No change of the individual rules.

No, I don't agree. They are only "no goals" and not fouls. So if the ball does not go in, play continues normally and no foul occurred. Furthermore, play continues as a goalie ball and not a free shot from where the shot was taken / the last contact occurred.

Yes I think this is the case. It appears to be the same in ice hockey. It counts as a no-goal but is not considered a penalty.
